youve been refused---end of.

just re-apply yourself--forget the lawyer. cost you what--£90 ? thats nothing compared to what its gonna cost you if your successful.

like I said earlier bigmac I've already paid them to try and get this eco review done. if I would have know they were going to mess us around id of re applied. I was told by my lawyer that if they agree to look at our application again they have to give us an answer within 28days, I thought they would reply to her request within a week to say they would or would not look at it again. I would rather them say no so I can at least move on.

your missing the point Steven. UKVI arent interesting in reviewing a cheap toursit visa--not worth their time or effort. just apply for a new one. now you know WHY it was refused--gives you something to work on.

your lawyer is just an optional extra you dont need.

yeah I guess im jus doing it out of principle that someone not looked at it properly and the evidence they mention has disappeared, its so annoying.
Im an electrician, its like if I wired a socket in the wrong place and the customer try to contact me to say its in the wrong place and it needs moving and I completely ignore them

guys ive decided to give up waiting and have just started the application again by ourselves, we have a date 24th july

I will do, i think i should be able to do on my own, as we have applied before i think a lot of the evidence the dates just need to be changed, luckily ive saved everything on my laptop
