Yeaaah! I am assuming she hasn't got a Shengen. Hmmm. We din't spend much in Wales though. But advantage is my boyfriend/fiance/partner (as my anulment is still going on) lives in Wales so drive here and there and woooow!!! His friend calls Wales "god's country"
I stop in Premier Inns sometimes when I'm away but I sometimes find them a little noisy, you can get a good deal though if you book well in advance.
Betts Coed. I am sure Sir Markham will correct us. I recall it is a place worth visiting. Many years since I went.
Gods country indeed , you're another one needing an annulment, takes a while as I know from my wife's experience, good luck with it.
I'm not the type to complain, I avoid complaining because I don't do it properly, I go over the top, some people have the knack of complaining in a polite and firm manner, I'm not one of those people.
Yes, stopping in Lisburn in NI, was there last week too, find it easier getting the ferry from Holyhead to Dublin port and driving up to the north.
Oh right... Will be in England 6 June. And packing! unpacking then packing again! The Englishman's laughing at me telling me I have already packed prior to the arrival of the second visa! He's mentioned an itinerary already but I haven't got any clue. Will be in Wales for most of the stay. It'll be nice to see a fellow Filipino. I was there last winter 13 Dec-10 Jan and I have met Filipinos only in the hospital. I have not seen many or talked to anybody except those in hospitals.
I've been four times in the last couple of months and no one asks to see your passport or any other form of identity, not to say of course that if you had your wife in the car that they wouldn't. I would certainly consider getting the ferry to NI and driving down to the south, no borders at all nowadays.
Smoothly going on now. The lawyer questioning legality of the marriage. I havent got marriage license when I was married 10 years ago. I should get it before end of the year! *Fingers cross!
I'm stopping at the Balmoral Hotel nearby, my mate stops at the Premier Inn there, its not that easy to get a room there in the week, and if you do it is £85 a night which is not good value, even if you're not paying yourself.
There's a new restaurant in front of Premier Inn. The Lost Coins they call it and I've written a review about the restaurant in Trip advisor. It might/might not help. Am not saying No to the place again, I can give it another try. I will copy and paste one day my review again it might/might not help. haha so redundant here!
Annulment is a subject we have touched on many times here at BF, the problem for us is that no two processes appear to be the same so it is difficult to give advise on the subject.
There are literally hundreds of Premier Inns throughout the country now, some are better than others but they all have the same restaurants next to them, they are owned by the brewery Whitbread.
