Yeah I will, in my early twenties I was about 11 st 7 lbs to 12 st, I'd be happy at 13 stone these days still got a way to go but it is do-able.
I would like to be a bit lighter. So too Mrs Ash. But we have each reached a good compromise. Mrs Ash is at 51kg, about 6 kg short of her target but is really pleased that she can maintain her weight at a static level. She hasn’t eaten rice at all for almost 10 months now.
Congrats to Oss once again, who is now half the man he was. Literally. Having seen his before and now photos. It’s great to see the work and effort paying off. Hopefully Oss has managed to add years to his life.
What have those that know you had to say, colleagues at work etc. Were they surprised once you had emerged from lockdown and back into the office?
They are too polite to explicitly volunteer a comment, only one of my directors made a clear comment when he saw me again on July 26th as I had gotten rid of another 7lbs from when he saw me about 6 weeks earlier, I was standing up and was just putting on a mask as he was on the other side of a glass door, he made an exclamation and congratulated me, I replied that I was still technically clinically obese my BMI is still 31, in reality I still have a good bit to go even if my current appearance is a lot better than it was.
It’s getting everywhere now. There is hardly a newspaper covering it now. Must be something in it methinks. Today it’s the current buns turn:
Yes, but it’s in every newspaper now. That’s the point in case you missed it which I think you have. If you were to read the posts you would recall that I have posted extracts and references from many sources including a large range of newspapers and other media. However for you that is not the point, as you wish only to post negatively where I post, for the sake of it . Almost without exception.
A you clearly missed the humour, to busy with your man love, and I dont give a flying F*ck what point you think(but never quantify) I have missed, you keep up the man-love but others may miss out and look elsewhere.
I think you were. You don’t seem to understand anything I have posted on health. Many do. You don’t. I can tell very easily. Laughable really. You try to make out that you do. Then make schoolboy remarks. What’s your problem?
You make these sweeping statements and never quantify them, please give me an example of what you in your infinite wisdom think I dont understand! Put up or shut up "Many do" thats a stretch apart from Oss and Jim who else has given serious contribution on this thread, errr nobody haha You really did miss the humourof the labelling on the package didnt you or did it strike a cord However keep up the man love, but others will miss out
Tip of the Day. Liverpool NHS GP makes the point. I have seen this stuff on the shelves. As the NHS nurse in the Tweet below says, no added sugar does not mean no sugar. Who should know about this? T1 diabetics, T2 diabetics, the insulin resistant, the obese and those with hypertension. As the Doc says, patients are very surprised to learn this.
