Renewing Philippines passport in London

My passport will expire in January then have to apply 2nd FLR m in April latest. I just found out that I have to get this PSA certificate as well even if I got married here...Unfortunately, this Edinburgh outreach was cancelled and Ph embassy is so good ignoring people's call and emails.

in that case, check if you have PSA branch in your city or Province,and send your sister time to time to ask if the MC is ready to pick up...and also change of Passport takes 3months roughly...

We do have PSA branch but for sure gonna take some time. I need to renew passport end of this month or first week of November. So hopefully they will not look for this PSA certificate even if I won't change my maiden name.
