For an English test she will have to take a test listed on here: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploa...lish_Language_Tests_and_Test_Centres_v5.0.pdf She has to do it at one of the test centres shown on the list. Centres in Moscow are shown on page 9. Are you getting married in the UK? If so, it is only you that will have to provide paperwork to prove you are free to marry as you have been married before.

Haidee has contacted the approved test centre in Moscow so it should be later this month for the test, Am I right it is A1 she needs to get. yes we intend to marry in the UK. Good to know we don't have to worry about Haidee providing paperwork for this, I still find it difficult to get all the information together. so much confusion,,,plain English its not.
She only needs B1 at this stage. A1 isn't needed for another 5 and a half years when she goes for ILR.
