I have eaten it but I make a point of eating meat with fat in as a) it fills me up, b) cooked right it can be very tasty and c) is essential for good health.

I can't eat the fat from animals, never have done. I know I'm suppose to, but My wife will buy meat and ask the butcher to ground it up.

I have always been that way too. Mrs Ash has a tendency to go for fattier cuts of meat. I now eat the belly pork she fries. But I also eat streaky bacon and the less lean mince.
Also if you slow cook fattier joints of meat you get a great result. Collagen makes meat tough when cooked quickly, but when slow cooked it breaks down into gelatin, giving you that juicy, tender result. Fattier and cheaper cuts of beef can also be good for slow cooking because the fat helps to ensure the beef won't dry out , while adding extra flavour.

Ah, I'm glad you mentioned fish.
I eat pilchards (oily fish) regularly, sometimes cold from the can.

I had a good review with the surgery nurse after my blood tests. She said my cholesterol levels were bang on. I asked how she thought that might be the case given that I eat a lot of good fats ( I gave her a run through of them). She said they are finding this more and more now with patients going lchf. So the super tanker is turning everywhere now.

No need for statins if we eat healthy fats.

    Right. Your on. :D

Seriously though, it has to be done in a controlled way, via consultation with a GP in a process known as deprescribing.

This is March, April and May so far for me, the spike in April is largely an abscess on my upper right very worn Canine which was treated for 12 days with antibiotics and has now had a root canal filling which has fixed it.

Other spikes correspond to times when my fistula is acting up.

I am still under investigation for Tachycardia although that is not evident in these screen grabs as these are morning and night readings I'm fairly sure my BP is much higher during the day.

    I'm not on any medication.

What are you using to measure your BP? Do you hand enter your readings into some software?

I find my blood pressure goes up if I talk. It is constantly changing according to what I am doing. The surgery ask for 9 readings ( one taken morning noon and night for 3 days. They then take the average of all the readings. I actually take 5 readings each time and take the average of the five. So that’s 45 readings over 3 days.

That's 3 screenshots from my phone, I have a pretty good Omron BP device the readings are transferred over blue tooth to the phone at the end of each reading.

I am not consistent in using it, last year after my operation I was using it a fair bit and had another infection problem in August that looked like this.

It has slowed but that is because I absolutely had to do something about the constipation, I'm sorting that with nuts and raspberries (not together) but the nut consumption is probably pushing up the carbohydrate above where I had been at. Fixed the constipation though and bowel movements are a delight now :D

Weight is 16st 7lbs won't need a new belt for a good few months, that's 3 stone gotten rid of since Jan 1st and 2st 7lbs since I started LCHF.

I got constipated a lot, I have started to eat Pecon nuts and that sorted my constipation, also they are packed with healthy fat.

Morrisons do this nice mix in their "The Best" range, I particularly like the almonds.

Careful with the nuts. I think it’s cashews that are quite high. But Macademias are pretty low.

Don’t forget, sweeteners tend to act as laxatives.
