Had my results back. I get them online. My HbA1c is low which is great. And all my cholesterol readings are in the normal range. For some reason they didn’t record a Fasting Glucose result.
Mrs Ash had a great photo but cannot find it. If you have eaten at Five Guys you will know that you select as you go. It makes it easy to enjoy a reasonable quality burger away from home, without the bun and fries.
I am at an all day gym, five days a week. If I get a chance I will measure my steps. I keep an iPhone in my pocket so will try and set it up to count them. I don’t normally bother as healthy nutrition is the priority as you cannot run off a bad diet. But just to see I will count the steps.
