i had got down from 2 heaped teaspoons of sugar to half of one in drinks--and lost a stone in a few months. but its crept back up to one spoonful. I will quit completely now.

Have you considered sweeteners as an alternative? Also if you wean yourself off sweet foods you begin to need less sugar or even no sugar in some cases such as with any fruit you eat.

There is a Dr who was a GP that now works privately for the NHS New Forest (Hampshire) surgeries who told me today that where he worked before, they employed pharmacists for deprescribing (weaning people off drugs).

I'm still on the keto diet, weight wise not losing to much 81.8 kilos but my belly fat is getting smaller or so it seems. Going to see the doctor next week, have to find one that will see me without an appointment, It's difficult with all this covid 19. I'l post my lab results when I get them.

Mrs Ash weighed in this morning at 52kg. She is plateauing a little at the moment but her older clothes are fitting her better now.

She is starting to fit into clothes we bought for her when she first arrived in the U.K. like a nice North Face jacket.
