Seems like i cannot go back to fb conversations before 2016. We started our relationship 2011 and i was planning start the documentation from 2011-2017. I hope conversations from the yr we are married (2016) up to now and some skype calls from 2013-2015 will be enough proof of communication?

all i did was a sample of fbook messages over the 2 years since we got engaged just before she went home. like 1 page for each month.

Hi @Kareena have you tried accessing your fb convos on desktop? It was easier for me to retrieve our convos on desktop rather than mobile.

Yes, my husband tried to retrieve earlier by searching some keynotes that im sure is in our convos before 2016 but none appeared.

That's exactly what I did, but if its no longer working then something must have changed on fb. How about emails, hotel & flight bookings? You're married and been in relationship for years so I'm guessing it wouldn't be too difficult to supply evidence about your relationship. Btw, in the link below UKVI says you don't generally need to send in Skype and Whatsapp messages

I will provide pictures from the day we first met until his recent visit this april. I managed to retrieve some skype calls and some fb posts and comments from 2011 until 2015. Then the messenger chats from 2016 up to now. I think that would be sufficient.

Hi guys! Regarding the appointment at VFS. From what understand, i can only book an appointment after the online application and payment of fees right? After this, how many days after the submission can i actually get the appointment date?

from what i remember of my wifes application--you get offered a list of dates available.

We paid on the Friday and had the vfs cebu on the Monday.

NO ! the visa app fee is payable when you submit the online application, by debit or credit card.. some extras can be paid--in cash--at vfs.

For my previous passport, do i Submit the original or just a copy?

yes--and other small services too--but i cant remember which.

My better half took her original previous passport with her just to be on the safe side

for the cover letters, should i make two different letters for me and daughter or i can include her in my letter then just print one for her application pack? Same with the sponsor letter. Should it be two diff letters?

I'm in a very similar position to yourself, My wife and Stepson is in the Philippines and we are in the process of collecting all our documentation together for our VISA application, so I've been reading this thread with interest...

I don't believe cover letters are an actual requirement, but I also will do one as my wife's sponsor.
I haven't thought about hers yet, but I would inclined to just do one and include in both packs.
