When we have a team that doesn't consist of sycophantic , hypocritical , virtue signalling , multi millionaires, I'll take interest in England and the World Cup. Until then I couldn't care less.

Have to admit I haven't watched much of it myself this time. Good that you've lowered yourself and made the effort to share your opinion on the team with us here :D

Quite a good game this morning... a different referee and it might have been a different result... and imho someone else should have taken the second penalty... maybe they should have put Rashford on earlier and left Mount and Sterling on the bench.

Despite France missing quite a few of their big stars... Kante, Benzema etc. they were still too good for us.

I thought that too, The french were much classier than England though the ref should have gone to spec-savers.

England needed to up the tempo a lot constantly at the French, when they did in fits and starts the French struggled. Rashford on far to late.Saka should not of been took off.
Kane was destined to miss the 2nd penalty, all in all a let down but maybe for the country a good thing!

I Thought England played better in the second half, I don't understand why he took off Saka.

    What happened there?
I switched off at the final whistle.

We were not good enough again.
No use in supporters/pundits/newspaper journalists complaining about the ref; we couldn't break the French down and score in open play.

Cameras trying to get a facial of Kane, Pickford quietly ushered/encouraged them away saving Kane further embarrassment at his lowest time!

France or Argentina Final who will win? I'd like France to win being a European team, but Argentina have Man City's young striker Julian Alvarez.

I'd prefer Argentina... I think Messi deserves to have a World Cup on his CV.

    May the best team win.

Judging by the commitment and passion demonstrated by both teams in the semi-finals,

    The final will be epic!

I hope Argentina wins because of the amount of fans who flew to Qatar to support their team.
Also, France won it four years ago and also in 1998, whereas Argentina last won it in 1986

Yes, I do agree with you.

Messi has been an inspirational player during all his playing, without scandal and certainly a role model that would deserve to end his International career with a golden send off like a World Cup.

    He is unique
