Is it ok if the accomodation is her mothers house not in his name as he's living with his mother.. They are looking for a property for us to live.. His parents will get us house as a wedding gift but they are still looking houses..
its ok to share a house--but you will need to show you have your own rooms --for you plus your kids. you need to study the requirements.
It's a house with 3 bed room and only him and his mother living.. So the spare room will be ok for the 2kids?. I didn't know there is also qualification for accomodation.. Hehe
ok--well provided he has 6 months of wage slips to prove it you take the £18,600 income threshold--plus the extra for 2 dependants--about £4800 i think ( please check )---say £23,400 ( approx )--less his salary--say £12,00o-----which is £11,400---times 2.5---which is £28,500--add the £16,000 disregard--means a savings requirement of £44,500. i must stress these are approx figures--but the formula is correct.
Oh oh right!. I think you are right coz the 40,000 savings computed only for me and for my 13yr old daught Oh right!. I think you are right coz the £40,000 savings computed was only for me and for my 13yr old daughter as we thought we will be able to apply before i give birth.. So we need more now..
If your baby is a British citizen then the financial requirement wouldn't include him or her, I believe.
Baby will be born here in the Philippines.. So i think Baby will be natural born filipino?. I'm not sure if there's a way we can get baby british citizen here?.
leslie--if your partner works for his parents on the minimum wage-----cant they pay him the required amount---on paper---for 6 months ?
I don't know if they can do that.. They don't wanna abide law or something.. His parents own a domiciliary care where he works as a carer.. I asked him if he can get a raise and he said they give raise depends on your NVQ level?.
if you have £40,000 and savings--then a small pay increase--al be it only for 6 months--should be enough.
I'm afraid there is an enormous backlog regarding the issuing of British Passports, some people have been waiting a year, they are only issued from Liverpool England. Inquire at the British Embassy in Manila, they will tell you how to proceed.
Hi! I just want to ask what will I be needing for the proof of accomodation? My Fiance is living in a hospital accomodation and I am not allowed to live there. A friend of him has a house in mortgage and willing to let us stay there once i secure a visa. My fiance friend will give us a tenancy agreement to show that we will rent one bedroom once I arrive and a letter confirming that they are happy for us to stay and there are enough space. there are 3 bedrooms and only a couple living there. What documents do I need to provide for the application and does anyone knows If I still have to do property inspection report to show there is no overcrowding?
You will need a current tenancy agree to submit with your visa application, and under the circumstances I would submit a property inspection report too, the tenancy agreement has to have at least six months running on it at time of application to cover your six months in the UK on the Fiance visa. In addition you will need a letter from the owner of the property stating he is happy for you to stay there.
the tenancy agreement has to have at least six months running on it at time of application to cover your six months in the UK on the Fiance visa --- sorry what do u mean by this? Since my fiance will not move to the new accomodation not until i arrive there, What do you think is the best month/date to put on the tenancy aggreement if I am going to lodge my application this May?
You need to submit a tenancy agreement with the application, this shows to the UKVI that you have somewhere legal to stay while you are in the UK on the six month Fiance visa, I very much doubt that an offer of accommodation will satisfy the UKVI, they need to be 100% certain that you have somewhere to stay on your arrival in the UK. EDIT: You will need a tenancy agreement starting at least as early as your application.
