yes i will definitely provide a tenancy aggreement, i was just thinking and confuse on what date/month we can put on the effectivity of tenancy aggreement since I am still here in the PH and I will lodge my papers hopefuly this May. Thanks Timmers
A tenancy agreement needs to have at least 6 months remaining on it. This was another reason we were unsuccessful first time. (Less that 6 months on tenancy agreement)
so if I will be applying or lodging my application on May, what month should we put on the tenancy agreement? since i do not know when I will be granted a visa? thanks
I'm not sure what you mean. What is your current situation with where you will live? A tenanancy agreement would normally be for 12 months, and you would need 6 months remaining on that. It seems a bit odd, but they require that. I had just a couple of months remaining on my tenancy when we applied first time, and it was one of the reasons for refusal.
Hi again! Ok, reading back I can see your situation now. Get your fiance's friend to draw up a tenenacy agreement with him. Make it for a year and date it from before you apply. I'm sure you can get and download a simple agreement somewhere online, and then they can both sign it. Then get your fiance's friend to write a letter giving permission for you both to live there. You need to provide full details of the house too - such as number of rooms, room measurements etc. We got a survey done by a chartered surveyor, which holds a lot of weight. I know some people haven't done a proper survey and have been fine without it, but that's what we did. Ours was definitely a "with bells on" application though!

I have a question..My fiancee per annum salary is £25,000.00. Does he still need to have savings in order for us to get a Fiancee Visa? And how much it will be to meet the requirements? Thank you.
