You can get married with your fiancée visa..within 6 months of its start date. You don't need a spouse visa...you're already here.

    Hi everyone,

My husband is completing the su07/12 form and we are confused with the second page.

Who is supposed to sign the second page?

that form is not needed for your application. its for dependants.

It is not a requirement as bigmac as stated but I know some people have submitted the form, if you do submit it then it is the sponsor who signs it.

Hi! I want to ask how did you get the certificate of no impediment in uk? Because my fiancé doesn't know how to get one

Certificate of no marriage you obtain from the NSO

But where in the uk does he need to get it? And are there any requirements for it? He's going to get it before he comes to Philippines

Oh, its for him, he doesn't need one if he has never been married before, if he has been married then you will need to submit his Decree Absolute with the settlement visa application to prove he is legally divorced and free to marry.

When getting address proof for FLR (M) is a letter addressed to you enough eg an envelope with your name and address? Thanks.

You need the actual letter with your name on as proof not just the envelope, try for six addressed to you personally and three in joint names if possible, I know this isn't always possible but try your best :)

Thanks for the fast reply, so eg a receipt from amazon?

Letters from Amazon will be fine, I know we struggled to get all the letters together, I assume the UKVI realise this especially having come to the country on a Fiancée visa, you have not been in the country long enough to have a footprint so to speak. I don't think we provided three letters addressed to the both of us, we just submitted more letters that were individually addressed.

Thats helpful information thanks! At least I know what's needed, I applied for nectar cards and probably buy stuff in amazon and try to find other ways to get proof .

That's good, most of us applied for free store cards like COOP, M&S, Tesco, ASDA and the like just so we received letters from them.

Letters from the bank, council tax, TV license and NHS are always good too as they are from the UK Government.
