You need to contact someone regarding this oversight, there is no chance of you being successful with your application if they do not have your picture, they use the picture you submit for the visa.

I would like to think they will contact you and ask you to submit a picture but there is no way of knowing.

I get refused in settlement then we dont want to appeal we just want to apply again i wanted to know if i can get refund on my first ihs payment since the first application is not succesful. Wanted to kniw if theres a link i can requesta refund

I'm sorry to hear about your refusal. But I don't think you have to request because I believe once you are refused with your application the IHS will be automatically refunded. You might want to give it a bit of time to reflect the money on your account again from the IHS payment.

Hi anna. I am really sorry to hear that. May I ask why aren't you going to appeal? Isn't that easier since you don't have to pay for the visa again?

Also, did they state why you got declined in your application?

I think It would be easier to apply again since the appeal takes a long time. Appeals could span up to a year until a decision is overturned so it's easy to apply again especially if you want to go to the UK right away.

You should be reimbursed in a few weeks time automatically, for example if it was paid with a credit/charge card then they will automatically credit your card.
