Is there any truth that the email / text format gives you a clue whether your visa has been granted or not?

No. You will only know once you get your passport and documents back.

Well sent complaint standard reply your visa is being processed then 2nd e mail sent with all datails they asked for ,don't they will reply they got my 5 pounds 45p, absolutely pathetic way of running a Government service.

If it's the standard 'your case has been escalated...' email you can expect to wait up to 3 weeks (15 working days) for a reply, only to be told "...Unfortunately, we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service target. (No sh*t Sherlock!) We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible over the coming days." (or weeks/months!)

Wonder if all the packages from UKVI are called UKE1? Do any of you guys know? Wondering if it's a hint about the decision? Sorry, just very anxious

just make sure someone is at home at all times till you get it from 2go. they are worse than useless..

It’s not a hint about the decision at all, that’s just standard type of package. Same goes with everyone.

VFS recently returned a family member's passport bearing a shiny new Schengen visa using 2Go Express. 2Go took ten days to carry the package from Makati to Davao City. The courier obviously walked and had deliveries to make along the way. Express it wasn't.

It's not as if 2Go is a small company devoid of resources. It's the largest shipping and logistics company in the country, Chinese state-owned and operated by Aboitiz.

Agreed however when we applied for our second stage FLR electronically the address to send the bundle to was a PO number with UKE2 after it so I think it refers to departments i.e. UKE1 is first time applicants ant UKE2 is second applicants.
