I wouldn’t get to concerned about providing evidence of living together through letters addressed to her in the UK at this stage, UKBA accept that your wife to be had not been in the UK that long and will not have much in the way of communications to her.
If you have any or can get some before you apply submit them or/and in the additional information box on the application just write a brief note.
Remember to keep some over the next few years for your future applications

Thank you for the reply, I was really worried about it.

Does anyone know how long after marriage it takes to get ihs cover?
We are worried because we have updated the baby book as much as possible in the pH but in the UK the wedding is April 8th and the birth we checked is actually July 10th.
Does anyone have best advice so we aren't handed a huge bill.
I've even considered she has the birth in pH but by then we no longer meet the new requirements.

i would say the date your visa is approved.which is the start of your 33 month stretch is when your IHS kicks in also.

Thank you. What we will do is apply for fast track asap.
Does anyone know if its the same as the fiance visa in the sense that a decision is made on all documents uploaded. Or do we have to send them off?

That's great. I'm sorry for so many questions I just want to cover everything.
Is the uploads when done from inside the UK a system similar to Vfs global or is it vfs?

@Richard James ,Yes any visa application are required to have biometrics as part of the application process.
Hi @Richard James , Yes she's required to do another biometrics as part of her visa application. They will not give her the decision if she will not going to submit her biometrics. In my experience, even changing names on my BRP .I still booked and went to UKVCAS Centre to enrolled my biometrics. And all of the visa application I've made.

When you have completed the application the next step is further actions and booking a biometric appointment is part of this
You will get a link to Sopra steria
You create an account and this allows you to upload your documents and book a biometric appointment
You submit your postcode and the nearest centre will be shown and then as options further afield in distance order
You will see a calendar with time slots available.
Office hours are free outside office hours there is a premium!
You select your slot and book the appointment.
    Hope this helps

My partner has informed me she needs to get a CFO certificate and is asked me for lots of documents. Does anyone know what this is and what's required for my fiance to provide at her cfo appointment?

CFO is nothing to worry about - just take a copy of everything you submitted for the visa - there is nothing more you can produce and they won’t ask to see everything - just play it safe and take everything

They're asking for police clearance which I can't get in time before the wedding. We knew nothing about the cfo

im a bit confused. You have done everything for her finance visa, and she now has to get her CfO certificate to allow her to fly to UK ? If her passport is still with authorities then no problem, she can still attend the CFO lecture and they will give her a receipt confirming attendance. When she gets her passport and visa back then she “pops” into the CFO office, shows her passport and receipt, they will then give her the certificate. With regards to police clearance, I assume this is for yourself as you state you can’t get it in time ? I have never heard of CFO requesting any documents and 9 months ago when the wife went through her spouse visa, I was never required to provide any police clearance. CFO is just a lecture about safeguarding etc. this is followed by a one to one with the person asking questions about relationship etc. I suggest taking everything because she may have to show evidence to confirm some of the info she gives. As long as she tells the truth and there is nothing to hide then you have nothing to worry about.

As with many things on the visa journey there is a mandatory list of documents to have and a useful to have list( see link)
@Richard James what CFO looks at is preparing the immigrant for a new life abroad and also looks for clues of possible trafficking.
Proof of genuine relationship is the key and that’s it.
We supplied back in 2015 a police clearance certificate for my wife (nice to have not essential) she already had this for her work in the Philippines.
Look at the link provide the essential and some good to have to demonstrate genuine relationship.
Get your GF to know where you live, is it your house and family members ie mum dad are they still alive brothers sisters etc not chapter and verse just a basic knowledge that you would expect in a genuine relationship https://rapidvisa.com/country-info/philippines/cfo-seminar-philippines/

Hello! I'm applying for a fiancée visa, and I'm just a bit confused with proving my residence in the Philippines and other information about it. Basically, the website is asking me about my address in the Philippines, whether my family owns the property or not, and the people I live with. I'm just wondering what kind of documents I need to provide for these. Like, for the property, I guess I can provide a copy of the land title, but is it really relevant, since the fiancée visa is for me to migrate to the UK? How do I also prove who I live with and that I've lived here all my life? Do I also need to provide the birth certificates of everyone in my family??

    I also have some questions about the scanning and uploading of files. I'm opting to scan them all myself, but I'm a bit worried that I might mess it up, so we're also considering to purchase the assisted scan option. But then again, I feel bad for the additional expense. My main problem is uploading the files in the correct categories. VFS Global gives a general idea on what goes where, but there are some overlaps with our documents (e.g., I'm using my college diploma as an evidence to the timeline of our relationship and why we're still not living together, so can be filed under "proof of relationship", but at the same time, it can also be filed under "educational evidence"; my fiancé is my sponsor, so his files can go under "sponsor evidence," but then again, some of them probably should go in "financial evidence" instead.) Another thing I'm worried about is how I scan the files. Initially, I just scanned the documents as is and then cropped them to their size, but then I read that when opting for assisted scan, all documents should be in the A4 size. So what I did is I just edited the documents and turned them into A4 sizes (e.g., I plopped the scanned image of my passport onto an A4 size canvas and saved it as PDF). Then again, I'm worried that they might not like any form of editing, so should I just redo the scanning of everything? I feel like I'm over-analysing things, but yeah... ^^;

    Thanks in advance! :cat:

    Hello, I'm currently in the process of uploading my documents for the visa application, and I realised my TB certificate just expired 8 days ago. What do I do?? My biometrics is scheduled tomorrow already ;A;

I think you will have to get another TB so that it is current when you upload your documents. The expired one will probably not now be excepted. I would change the date of your biometrics and get the new TB cert first.

You can attend without the TB certificate but you must get a TB screening and test certificate.
Get the test done asap and upload the certificate
Delaying getting the certificate and uploading it will potentially delay your application

When did you apply and pay and when was the expiry date on the TB certificate ?

From memory date of application - I seem to remember this is defined as date of payment and this is set in the immigrations rules as a definition and sets the dates for other documents and whether in time or not. If the TB certificate was valid when you applied and paid then probably ok. This is why key dates are when you paid the application fee and the date of the TB certificate.
