Hi Diane, as I understand it you can only get the CFO Sticker on or after the validity date shown on the Entry Clearance visa...so if your validity date is 25 March then you can get your Sticker on the 25 March or later, but not before.

If you are in Manila now, you can always pop in and ask them, or phone if you are outside Manila, as to the earliest date you can request your Sticker.

When is your baby due? some airlines may not let you fly if you are more than 36 weeks pregnant, but from what you say you will probably just be ok... it's something you need to check before booking your flights.

Hi Diane, I also believe that you have to show your flight ticket when requesting your CFO Sticker.

My fiancée didn't have a flight booked when she attended CFO yesterday.....we didn't want to book a flight till after she got sticker...just in case

Ah...has your fiancee got her sticker then, without showing the flight ticket. I know you can attend the CFO seminar, even before you have your visa, but to get the sticker you obviously need the Entry Clearance Visa (30 day validity) and I wasn't sure if the flight was required or not.

Yes she got the sticker...visa granted 2 weeks ago......had to wait 2 weeks for first available CFO vacancy....what a nuisance that was. The 30 day validity doesn't apply to fiancée visa. Booked a flight..she arrives thursday
