Hi I can't see that you've listed the sponsorship form in your messages! I may of missed it though, also I got my employer to state that there was no foreseeable reason why my employment would end!

A little optimistic I feel, would any company tell you that they are struggling or going under?

I don't think so, nobody has a job for life, those days are long gone for certain :)

    Hi Guys!

I'm hoping that someone could help me please. My wife and I are on the process of collecting the paperworks that we need to apply for the Spouse Visa. I currently have two jobs at the moment; a full time and a part time. But on the Appendix 2, there's only one space to put the employment/job section. Would you suggest putting the part time information on to Section 5, which is the Continuation and Additional information? And, would I need to fill out a Sponsorship form for this Spouse Visa? Because I read on some forum that you need to, but it is not essential? I'm confused.

Hope to hear from you all soon. Thanks!

Hi @James Lo Olivar --welcome to the site. i wont comment on your first question --about the 2 jobs--as it didnt apply in my case.

you will need to print and fill in a sponsorship form--as well as your online application form. i suggest you each do one--and compare your answers first before you apply. heres a link to the appendix2.

Thanks for the reply @bigmac - And, is it a must to submit your P60? Because on my employment letter that I have requested, it states my starting salary which is £15,100 (full time) but that's without the enhancements and overtime? I don't want them to think that I do not meet the financial requirement, as I have added all of my income (before tax) and it exceeds the financial requirement.

Hi @James Lo Olivar! Welcome to the forum.
I am not sure (as this didn't apply in my case), but I think questions 3.13-3.19 of the Appendix 2 are for previous and other jobs in the UK that you'd be including in your application. And if you are going to state your other job, I would suggest you request for your other employer for confirmation of employment/details as well.

Hey @Dave and Aisa! Thank you.
I had a quick look at the questions again; 3.15 states about previous/other employer so I'll just put it in there. Both jobs have provided me with an employment letter, so hopefully that would be enough. Thank you for your help!

    Hi guys!

Is the council tax bill a must form to submit? I live with my parents and obviously has their name on it. I have the accommodation letter from the landlord stating that I live with my parents and that there's no problem with my wife living with us. I have also my parents utility bills, electric, gas, water and phone bills. I have also asked them to write a letter stating that they have no objection for my wife to live with us. So I'm not sure if I still need the council tax bill to prove the accommodation?

Would appreciate anyone's help/suggestions please! Thanks.

Its not a must be it would be handy to submit as it is almost definite proof of address, having said that, the UKVI will realise that you are living with parents and that your name will not appear on the bill.
