Few questions for UK Spouse visa from Manila

The address of Sheffield to send supporting documents for spouse visa is PO box address. Can I send the packet by ''Royal Mail Signed For'' to a PO Box address? I am concerned because there won't be anyone to sign at receiving end. Shall I simply send a packet by normal post then without proof of delivery?

Opt for proof of delivery. Even the FLR address is a PO Box address. It should be alright.

Our wedding photos and time spent together, they are taken by phone camera, so all are in digital format. Do I need to print them professionally? Or, can I simply copy-paste 2 photos on each normal A4 word document and colour-print at home?

Copy paste colour print at home can do the trick. I did mine like that. It's acceptable.

Is this A4 size normal paper? I will also try to put 10-12 pictures on A4 size. Pics will be smaller but I guess they solve the purpose

yes A4 yes same with wedding photos although wedding photos where just them on one page, try and get as many variations of photos on one page ie you and gf with different people different places different clothes,shows plenty of visits etc

For flight ticket between UK and Philippines, I downloaded online itinerary from airline website. Itinerary is of 3 pages, but the last 2 pages are terms and conditions. Can I just show them 1st page, even though it shows in footer page 1 of 3?

To show emails exchanged between us, we have more than 2000 emails over last 7 years. Can I just show 1 email every 3 months? That will be 4 A4 pages a year, and 28 pages for 7 years?

I am including my Gas and Electricity bills. Most recent bill is 6 pages. Can I just include the 1st page which shows the summary? Rest 5 pages have detailed information.. But again the header says page 1 of 6

Will it be ok if I print 30 pages of emails back-to-back on a page, so it will be reduced to 15 pages?

Back to back is fine. I did that with mine to reduce using a lot of paper.
