What ban? There is no ban. People can post political threads if they so wish just not on the open forum. Rob isn’t legitimising the post he’s simply reminding Keith of what the forum is about.

How old is he....only if a person is under 25 the minimum hourly rate is lower.

As a comparison..my wife is a senior carer..has nvq3 and is working towards nvq4/5. In the last 12 months she earned in excess of £20,000. Although that meant an average of 200 hours per month.
She acts as deputy manager when required.

Qualified managers earn upwards of £30,000 pa.
