If the bank statement isn't original (like the one that comes through the post) you need to have it stamped from the bank. What do you mean add it all to one huge word document?

you can take your time filling it in---best if both of you log on to it so you can confer over the answers. for a fiancee visa you need to select settlement---settlement:marriage.

when you fill out the online form--you can change the answers--correct errors--but remember to save changes. it took me about 3 weeks to do ours.

Ok thanks. I'll start it tonight.

I meant all the information above. Whatts app convos. Pictures. Flight bookings. All the supporting documents. I was thinking add them all to one word document with headings and a table of contents.

My fiancé says that certificate of employment is not commonly used in the UK to confirm a person's employment. He had to explain to HR what he needs as they've never done such certificate. Has anyone experienced this? What HR can readily provide is the employment contract.

In the sponsorship letter, does he need to list down all the documents or evidences enclosed? Will the ECO look for this? Or can he just say something general like, "we have enclosed all the necessary documents as required"?

Does it matter that we have only been together a year? Do i need my bank statements stamped by my bank?

Doesn't matter, as long as you can prove that you have met personally and the relationship is genuine. I've answered that question already, it's in the above.

Hi, when availing user pay services in VFS for priority service, which visa category should I choose? Marriage or Settlement? Thanks!

is it even worth paying for priority service at all ?

You click settlement. After that you will be asked for applicant details and then you put Settlement Marriage in the Sub Visa Category.

In the VFS website they actually removed the 15 days on priority and changed it to "your application will be put in front of the queue and the decision will be expedited" no more commitment in the number of days. Not sure really if it's worth it but don't know if either how much longer the standard processing will take

Yes she can. But she will need a visa depending on which country you plan to go.

I see there's no problem then. Fiancé visa is multiple entry so she can come and go as she pleases.
